What can an immigration consultant do for me?
In California, a registered immigration consultant may complete USCIS and other government forms using the information you provide, translate your answers, help gather supporting documents, and submit completed forms for you. An immigration consultant is not an attorney and cannot give legal advice, tell you which immigration option to choose, or represent you before USCIS or immigration court. Rosa Gafare of Expert Multi-Services is registered as an immigration consultant with the California Secretary of State.

When to see an attorney first
Talk to an immigration attorney or a DOJ-accredited representative before filing if you have ever been arrested, had a deportation or removal order, been in immigration court, had an application denied, or entered the U.S. without inspection. A form filed in the wrong situation can create serious problems. Rosa will tell you plainly when your case needs legal advice.
