We are a registered and bonded Legal Document Assistant, not attorneys.

We charge transparent flat fees — for example, uncontested divorce from $1,200, USCIS work permits from $500, family petitions from $2,200, citizenship from $800, and U.S. passports from $50, among others. USCIS and court filing fees are paid separately. The full pricing is listed in the tables above.
